Cecilia Maddox: Welcome back, Pacers

Dear Pacers,

To our freshmen and transfer students, we welcome you to our campus. This is most often a warm and inclusive place that has something for just about everyone. We are so glad to have you.

To returning students, welcome back! You made it to another year, so congratulate yourself on that. Continuing your education- no matter where you are in the process- is a significant accomplishment.

This semester is certainly going to be just as jam-packed as every other and Pacer Times will strive to keep you informed about the campus happenings. Our goal as a newspaper is to help you stay up to date on everything and to give you the entertaining content that you desire. We hope to accomplish that goal this year.

With a new editorial staff- save for myself, entering my fourth semester as elected editor-in-chief- Pacer Times will bring great things this year. Look for new content to be published every Tuesday at 6 a.m. on mypacertimes.com. Don’t forget to follow us on social media as well, where you will find interactive polls, exciting and informative graphics, videos and maybe even you!
