Dorm Dash: One pan fried rice
Hungry for some fried rice but don’t want to pay for delivery? Here’s an easy recipe that won’t fill the sink or break the bank!
Ingredients
2 ½ cups cooked rice
3 eggs
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup carrot
1 cup green peas
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup edamame (optional)
Directions
Add oil or cooking spray to a pan.
Scramble the three eggs.
Turn heat to medium and stir in garlic, peas, carrots and any other vegetables you would like. Cook until fragrant.
Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the vegetables.
After rice is warm, the food is ready to serve!
This dish can be customized in so many different ways! Try adding shrimp, chicken, steak, tofu or even extra veggies! Turn it into your own recipe by experimenting with different spice combinations.
