A Welcome from the new Editor-in-Chief

Hello! My name is Erica Bennett, and I am the new Editor-in-Chief for the Pacer Times Student Newspaper! I started working with Pacer Times in the Spring of 2020 as a reporter, and that same semester I was moved up to the Arts and Entertainment Editor position on staff. The following academic year I remained the Arts and Entertainment Editor, and this most recent academic year I served as the Business Manager. I am extremely excited to serve in this position, and I look forward to helping increase our readership as well as our overall presence on campus. 

I plan on reaching out to other student organizations to hopefully partner for future events as well as to highlight their members. I also plan on trying to work better with the student body to get more feedback as well as opinions on what is going on around campus. Student voices should be shared and heard.

As for this year, we are off to an exciting start! We began this semester with an entirely new staff joining the newspaper! I am happy to announce that we have an entire editorial staff as well as a reporter!
