Last semester we talked about the best dorm pets to have, that were both affordable and easy to care for. A plant counts as a pet, right? Here are some plant ideas that are dorm friendly, easy to care for, and can bring life into your living space.
Pathos
These plants work for anyone that has never managed to keep anything alive. They require indirect light, a minimal watering schedule, and are an overall easy plant to keep around.
Succulent
I love succulents. They’re small and do not require much upkeep. The best thing about these plants is their ability to still live despite not watering them for several days (Not like I would know from personal experience or anything.)
Fake plants
I know I know, they’re not “real plants,” but hear me out here: they don’t die, you can pick out any plant you could possibly think of from Hobby Lobby, and will always look fresh! Plus, who’s going to know?
