Judson Pickett Is Our New SGA President
On Friday, Mar. 31 Erica R. Bennett announced the election results for the 2023-2024 USC Aiken Senate.
In these results she listed Judson Pickett, former Vice President, to become SGA President and Richy “Appa” Modugu to fill in as his Vice.
Pickett was willing to speak about his experience being on the Student Government Association.
“I want to get SGA way more involved on campus with other organizations…I also want to have more fun events on campus” -Pickett on his future plans as President
While holding the Vice President position he said that he enjoys his role and is happy to be a part of the organization but also notes that he is a little bit nervous about this new role.
“I want to lead SGA in the right direction and I knew that president would be a good position to get it done in.”
Pickett says that he’s most proud of leading the weekly SGA meetings and believes that he does a good job.
