The Pacers Have Talent
On Friday, Mar. 31 the Pacer Union Board (PUB) hosted the annual Pacers Got Talent Show. This is an opportunity for all students to showcase their talents for a chance to win big prizes, this year the highest prize was $300.
There was a wide variation of acts including singers, K-Pop dance groups, an electric guitarist and a SpongeBob scene recreation. Students report that there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The Mc’s for this event were DQ Joseph and Terrance Williams. They kept the crowd upbeat and had great energy throughout the night.
At the end of the night the judges chose three students to receive the awards. McKayla Green, a senior elementary education major, won third place overall. Second place went to Anthony Maisano, a sophomore communications major who performed with his electric guitar. First place for the night went to Katelyn Riley-Chisolm. She performed Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande and got perfect scores.
