On Nov. 16, singer Cassie filed a $30 million dollar lawsuit against hip-hop mogul Diddy. In the lawsuit details it alleges sexual assault and decade-long abuse since she was 19 years old. After she signed a deal with Diddy’s record label, he allegedly exerted complete control over her life. Just one day after the lawsuit was filed, Diddy settled with the R&B singer out of court.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly raped, assaulted and forced Cassie to have sex with male escorts. Diddy would also allegedly threaten and harass anyone who expressed an interest in Cassie. He allegedly clew up rapper Kid Cudi’s car, and the rapper soon confirmed these allegations.
Cassie’s civil suit has confirmed the long-circling rumors of Diddy’s sexual escapades and sexual assault. Many celebrities have come forth about their uncomfortable and violent encounters with the hip-hop billionaire.
Celebrities like 50 Cent and Wale recently shared their violent and disturbing encounters with Diddy, and two more lawsuits have been filed against him with accusations of sexual assault.
Cassie’s lawsuit has opened the door for many people to come forward and share their violent experiences with Diddy. Many videos are resurfacing that highlight Diddy’s inappropriate behavior. We are witnessing Diddy’s “R-Kelly” fall from grace as his reputation is far from repair.
